Courtyard Boston Copley Square Hotel Reviews
This is our second visit to the Courtyard Copley Square. The second stay was every bit as good as the first; we were even welcomed back. We asked if it was possible to have the room we had last time. It was taken, but the desk clerk got us an identical room on a different floor. The Copley has definitely become our hotel of choice for future stays in Boston.
I spent one night here after relocating from another hotel in South Boston and was pleased with the hotel and the location. It is convenient to the Hynes Convention Center, restaurants, shopping and sightseeing areas. My room was on the second floor facing the road and I was concerned that it would be noisy at night but surprisingly it was very quiet. The hotel is clean and comfortable and reasonably priced for Boston. They have a small lounge and breakfast area that offers a good buffet at $14. The Thursday night I was there, they had complimentary cheese, crackers, and beer in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
I treated my mother for a long weekend in Boston, and we had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard. It was an easy walk from the train station when we arrived with suitcases, as well as convenient to the T and trolley stops. It's within walking distance of the library and Trinity Church (both gorgeous), the mall and Skywalk. I personally thought the outside of the building was really attractive, not at all scary, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. I almost hesitate to recommend this place to others because I don't want it to be booked next time when I want to stay!

I have stayed in this hotel several times and the staff has been consistently excellent. They are very knowledgeable about the area, helpful in providing information, and even lent me an umbrella! This also extends to the wait staff in the restaurant. The food was very good, and reasonable. The location is very close to the T, and is a great walking area, being close to Boston Commons, Boston Public Gardens, and within walking distance of some excellent restaurants.

I arrived to find I had mistakenly booked another Marriott hotel and also didn't have my confirmation number with me, but had my Marriott Rewards card. The desk manager was wonderful. He tracked down my reservation, cancelled it and provided a lovely room at the same price of my original reservation. He was pleasant, smiling and welcoming the whole time. It's a great location for walking and shopping. My sister and I attended the Boston Ballet before checking in and took in the Chihully Exhibit at the Museum of Fine Arts the next day. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was convenient and a good value for the selections offered. Overnight parking is pricey at $42.00 but the valet informed me of the cost on arrival. Convenience is worth the price. Other parking options might be less, but not by much. It is Boston!
